Director of Marketing & Operations

With over 25 years of experience in residential real estate development, Malita has been an influential leader on bringing to market high profile projects. She has worked with numerous industry leaders, including many Fortune 500 companies. 

Prior to joining Ascend, Malita served as Director of Marketing for Fifield Companies focusing on strategic marketing initiatives for both corporate projects and their portfolio of luxury residential condominiums and apartment communities throughout the United States. 

Prior to joining Fifield, Malita was Director of Operations for the Fordham Company, a Chicago-based high rise luxury residential development company. She played a significant role in the operations and marketing of its $400 million inventory consisting of raw and finished product, which averaged $650 per square foot.  

Earlier in her career, Malita spent 8 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in the corporate communications, retail marketing and institution specialty divisions of the real estate services and money management firm.
